What we collect and why
When you fill in a form on this site, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this is your email address, company name, phone number, country or region, which products you are interested in, and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from, the language of that page, and the time of sending.
We use this information to answer your enquiry and to send you the material you asked for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
If you tick the marketing box, we may also send you information about our products and services. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us at the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent before you withdrew it.
When you visit the site, cookies may be set. Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your permission. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the same banner.
Who else handles your data
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form service operated from the United States. Our email is hosted on Microsoft 365. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) also receive data about your visit.
Because Formspree operates from the United States, sending a form involves a transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sent through the forms reach us as email and stay in our mailbox. We keep them for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. We have not set a fixed maximum retention period, and we will update this section once we do.
If you would like your message deleted sooner, write to sales@topboxunit.com and we will remove it.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to sales@topboxunit.com. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), which is our supervisory authority, or to the authority in the country where you live.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
