We use this information to answer your enquiry and to send you the material\nyou asked for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to\npeople who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a\ncontract.<\/p>\n\n

If you tick the marketing box<\/strong>, we may also send you\ninformation about our products and services. The legal basis is your consent,\nand you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us at the address above.\nWithdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent before you withdrew it.<\/p>\n\n

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree<\/strong>, a form\nservice operated from the United States. Our email is hosted on\nMicrosoft 365<\/strong>. If you allow analytics or marketing cookies,\nGoogle Analytics<\/strong> and Meta (Facebook)<\/strong> also\nreceive data about your visit.<\/p>\n\n

Because Formspree operates from the United States, sending a form involves a\ntransfer of your data outside the European Economic Area.<\/p>\n\n

We do not sell your personal data.<\/p>\n\n

How long we keep it<\/h2>\n\n

Enquiries sent through the forms reach us as email and stay in our mailbox.\nWe keep them for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any\nbusiness relationship that follows from it. We have not set a fixed maximum\nretention period, and we will update this section once we do.<\/p>\n\n

If you would like your message deleted sooner, write to\nsales@topboxunit.com<\/a> and we will\nremove it.<\/p>\n\n
